The Sino-Germany Eco Park Passive House & Assembly Industry Base as the 1st passive house and assembly construction industry base has held revealing ceremony in the park recently. It is known that the project will offer passive house and assembly building research and training, product manufacturing, material checking, quarantine, and assembly to form the largest passive house industry base in China.
In the next 5 years, Sino-German Eco Park will develop all parts of the industrial chains, including investment, design, construction, equipment manufacturing, ready-to-built house manufacturing, construction, certification, operation, and management centered with domestic passive house and assembly building standard to output technologies and equipment to the whole country. By 2020 the Eco Park will build 2-3 passive buildings with about 200,000 square meters each, and introduce 5-8 passive house industry major players in both home and abroad. The city aims to expand the product value of the whole industrial chains to CNY 5 billion to build the 1st advanced model passive building and assembly building industry base in China. (Wang Kai)
