????Professor Li Huajun from China University of Oceanology (CUO) got Science and Tech Innovation Award in the awarding ceremony of Heliangheli fund held in Beijing recently and is the only award winner in Shandong province in this year.
????As a tech expert in the marine engineering area in China, Li focuses on marine engineering safety design and disaster prevention tech research for a long time. During the past 30 years, he led his team to innovate marine platform structure overall dynamic measurement technique to advance marine engineering structure health check and safety review technique development; he developed a marine platform vibration control technique and recovery and reinforce technique, it offers effective technical support to safe operation of existing marine platforms and life extension of over serviced platform; they developed new structures which is able to effectively handle wave beating and sedimentation distortion with the aim of establishing systematic and scientific marine engineering safety and risk prevention tech system .
