????The garbage power project of the solid garbage-processing field in Tianzhuang town of Pingdu city is expected to provide 57 million kWh power to Pingdu power grid after the project is completed.
????Invested, built, and operated by Everbright International, the project will spend CNY 0.43 billion total investment and cover an area of about 100 mu. The construction scale of the project is 900 tons per day, and 2 garbage incineration lines, a 12MW and a 6MW power station groups are expected to be built, 300kWh electricity is expected to be produced by burning one ton refuse, the phase I project is planned to launch production at the end of 2016 and phase II project is planned to launch production in 2020. After completion, the daily refuse processing capacity can reach 900 tons and the annual electricity generating capacity can reach to 57.567 kWh.
????Solid waste processing field is responsible for life garbage processing for Pingdu city to fulfill the goal of Reducing Total Sum, Turning Waste into Resources and Getting Rid of Pollution, and establishing the household garbage power station can play as a role model in the new energy project promotion and improve the surrounding environment as well.
